1. Reporting Damaged or Tampered Goods

If your order appears to be tampered with or damaged during shipping:

  • You must inform our customer care team within 24 hours of receiving the package.

  • Claims must be supported with clear photographs and/or videos of the outer packaging and the product itself.

2. Quality-Related Concerns

For concerns regarding product quality:

  • Reach out to our customer support team via email or phone within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Our team may request additional information to evaluate your concern.

3. Conditions for Exchange

Products may be exchanged only if:

  • They are returned in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in a saleable condition.
  • Exchange requests are subject to internal approval after assessment by our team.
  • We do not issue refunds once goods have been sold.

4. What is Not Covered

We will not accept return or exchange requests if:

  • Products were damaged after delivery due to mishandling, improper storage, or incorrect application.
  • The product was purchased during a clearance sale, promotional event, or marked as non-returnable.

5. Review and Vetting

  • All return and exchange requests will be carefully reviewed by Sendriya’s team.
  • Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the exchange process.

2. FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

At Sendriya, we value our international customers and strive to ensure that your experience with our products is seamless and satisfying. However, due to the nature of international logistics, certain return and refund terms are applicable specifically to cross-border orders.

1. Damaged or Tampered Products

If your package appears tampered with or the product is damaged during shipping:

  • You must inform our Customer Care team within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
  • Send an email to sales@sendriyaworld.com with your order ID, a clear description of the issue, and supporting photographs or videos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • This helps us process your concern promptly and take necessary steps with our shipping partners.

2. Product Quality Complaints

  • Any quality-related concerns must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Provide full details to our customer care team via email or phone. We may request additional information for assessment.

3. Return Shipping & Conditions

  • If a return is approved, return shipping charges must be borne by the customer, except where the item was delivered damaged or defective.
  • To be eligible for a return, products must be:
    • Unopened, unused, and in original condition.
    • Returned in the original packaging, including all labels, accessories, and documents.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or are not in resalable condition.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds for international orders will be processed only if:
    • The product is found to be defective or damaged and cannot be replaced.
    • The return has been approved by Sendriya’s customer service team.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original method of payment and may take 7–14 business days depending on your bank and location.

5. Customs & Local Delivery

  • Sendriya is not responsible for:
    • Delays caused by customs clearance or local delivery partners in the destination country.
    • Any damage or loss incurred after the package has entered the destination country.

Due to high international shipping costs and cross-border regulatory restrictions, returns are limited and subject to strict review. We request all international customers to thoroughly review product descriptions, usage instructions, and ingredient lists before placing an order.

CANCELLATION POLICY

At Sendriya, we understand that sometimes plans change. To offer you flexibility and maintain our commitment to efficient order processing, we have outlined the following cancellation policy:

1. Order Cancellation Window

  • You may cancel your order within one hour of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
  • Cancellations can be made through either of the following methods:
    • (i) By logging into your account on our website and accessing your order dashboard.
    • (ii) By contacting our Customer Support team during working hours via phone or email.

2. After One-Hour Window

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once the one-hour cancellation window has passed or if the product has already been dispatched.
  • We request customers to check their orders carefully before confirming a purchase.

3. Refund Process for Cancelled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is made within one hour, and the order hasn’t been dispatched, your payment will be refunded after deducting 2.5% payment gateway charges.
  • The balance amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days, subject to banking procedures and processing timelines.

Orders placed during high-volume sale periods or involving limited-edition products may be processed more swiftly, limiting cancellation flexibility. We encourage customers to make timely cancellation requests to avoid any inconvenience.

PRICING POLICY

At Sendriya, we are committed to offering transparent and fair pricing for all our customers. Our pricing policy is outlined below to help you make informed purchases.

1. General Pricing

  • All product prices listed on our website are current and regularly updated.
  • However, prices are subject to change without prior notice based on market conditions, product availability, or promotional offers.

2. Domestic Orders (Within India)

  • Prices are displayed and processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • All prices are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per Indian taxation laws.
  • The final price at checkout reflects the total cost payable, including taxes.

3. International Orders

  • Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) by default.
  • At the time of checkout, your payment provider may display an estimated conversion into your local currency based on prevailing exchange rates.
  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the product price or shipping charges. These additional costs, if any, must be borne by the customer at the time of delivery as per the destination country’s regulations.

4. Billing and Invoicing

  • All orders are processed and billed at the price in effect at the time of shipping, not at the time of browsing or cart placement.
  • An invoice will be generated and shared with every order, clearly reflecting applicable taxes.

Note: We strive to ensure accurate pricing at all times. However, in the event of a technical error or incorrect pricing, Sendriya reserves the right to cancel the order and offer a full refund or provide an alternative resolution.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS POLICY

At Sendriya, we strive to maintain accurate inventory and ensure product availability for all our customers. However, in rare cases, certain products may be temporarily out of stock. Here's how we handle such situations:

  • If an item in your order is found to be out of stock, our Customer Care team will contact you within 2 business days of placing your order to inform you of the unavailability.
  • We will work with you to determine the next best course of action, which may include:
    • Replacing the item with a suitable alternative,
    • Removing the item from your order with a corresponding refund, or
    • Cancelling the entire order upon your request.

Please note:

  • Sendriya does not accept backorders. We only process orders for products that are currently in stock and ready to ship.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Packaging

Every product is thoughtfully packed using cushioning and placed inside a sturdy, recyclable shipper box. The box is securely sealed and prepared for shipment to ensure your order is protected during transit.

Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

Domestic Orders (India):

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  • Delivery is typically completed within 7 business days from the date of dispatch.

International Orders:

  • Processing may take 2–3 business days.
  • Delivery usually occurs within 10–12 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Shipping Partner & Tracking

All shipments, both domestic and international, are fulfilled via reliable, reputed courier services. Once your order is dispatched:

  • You will receive an email with the tracking number and courier details.
  • You can use this information to track your shipment on the courier’s website.

Deliveries are made between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.. A signature is required upon delivery. If you are unavailable, please authorize a trusted person (family member, neighbour, or colleague) to receive the parcel. Sendriya is not responsible for goods signed by an alternate person.

Customs & Import Charges (International Orders)

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees vary by country and are not included in your order total. These charges must be paid by the customer upon delivery. Please consult your local customs office for further details.

Shipping Charges

Domestic Orders:

  • We ship across India with free standard shipping for all order above 900/-, except for trial/sample orders which may carry nominal shipping charges.

International Orders:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and order weight.
  • All international orders are packed with the same eco-conscious care as domestic shipments.
  • Sendriya is not responsible for delays in customs clearance.
